Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.

How to track your order

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email sent by us.
  2. Click the tracking link in the email to see the live status of your parcel.
  3. If you have not received a tracking email within 3–5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
